On the 10th anniversary of the attacks on #CharliHebdo, I think one of the things we can do to honour the victims is to support local journalism.

Inspired by this recent article in the @ottawacitizen with Councillors Kitchissippi Ward and Matt Luloff, I've decided to share some of my reads over the course of 2025. I read a lot and I'm a huge fan of @biblioottawalibrary. I just finished "Health for All" by @jane_philpott ...on the shortage of family doctors in Canada. I am very curious what her work with FordNation will mean for municipalities who are struggling with a lack of primary care providers (which is affecting our paramedics, emergency rooms etc). 🩺

Je lis beaucoup et je suis un grand fan de la bibliothèque d’Ottawa. Je viens de terminer « Health for All » de @jane_philpott sur la pénurie de médecins de famille au Canada. Je suis très curieux de savoir ce que son travail avec @dougford signifiera pour les municipalités qui sont aux prises avec un manque de médecins et infirmières de soins primaires (ce qui affecte nos ambulanciers, nos salles d'urgence, etc.) 🩺
