Fact Sheet about Social Disorder in Ward 12

*An error was made in the statement of facts in the final paragraph of the Background section on page 2 of the Safer Supply Operations and Oversight Position Statement that was circulated on July 31, 2025. The sentence “Of note, SHCHC ended their association with the Safer Supply Ottawa network in 2023-2024, leaving a network of six partners.” is incorrect. The correct information is that the SHCHC was a member of the Safer Supply Ottawa network until the project ended on March 31, 2025.
