3-1-1 Online –  City of Ottawa

The most expedient and effective way to alert the city of an issue is to file it online through 311. If action is not taken, or the issue requires follow up, you may want to loop in our office directly by emailing stephanie.plante@ottawa.ca

Updated Phone Hours

My office accepts incoming telephone phone calls, Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 10am to 3pm. Outside of those times we are concentrating on resident case and city policy work. Email is welcomed at anytime at Stephanie.plante@ottawa.ca. Thank you.
